1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

• Mobile number registered in your name
• Current residential address details

Account Security Responsibilities

General Bonus Terms

• Abuse of the bonus system or promotional programmes

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the KRG888 customer support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. Any valid balance remaining in the account will be returned to your original payment method once the verification process is complete.

8 Limitation of Liability

KRG888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of anticipated profits, income or funds
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical failures or natural disasters
• Losses caused by unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence
